My visitor or/and staff information/data is not appearing on the dashboard?
Please may you check that you have a Wi-Fi connection on the iPad device. A great way to test this is by opening up Safari via the device and seeing if a web page loads.
Please allow 30 seconds for a visitor to check-in to be able to check-out and register on the dashboard.
Loss of Wi-Fi is normally the cause. If the problem still purists, please contact your Account Manger or speak to one of our live chat agents.
