My visitors can't check-out? Their names aren't appearing?
If there names are not appearing, please may you check that you have a Wi-Fi connection on the iPad device. A great way to test this is by opening up Safari via the device and seeing if a web page loads.
A visitor by mistake may of accidently signed out the wrong person and not
themselves, causing the other individual not being able to sign himself
or herself out.
Please allow 30 seconds for a visitor to check-in to be able to check-out and register on the dashboard.
Loss of Wi-Fi is normally the cause. If the problem still purists, please contact your Account Manger or speak to one of our live chat agents.
