The e-Reception Book is not remembering visitors?
The e-Reception Book will only remember details if the visitor name is unique.
For example, if two Matthew Smith's have visited both inputting different email addresses, the e-Reception Book will not remember/pre-popualte the visitor information next time they visit, as it will not know which Matthew Smith is visiting.
We recommend using the pre-register feature. With this feature you can pre-register visitor's for a certain period of time, allowing for their details to be remembered.
